Try this super easy DIY project… How To Make Cherry Blossoms! A great Spring time decoration to bring color and life to any room! Below are the simple directions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2 colors of pink tissue paper
- Cherry blossom template (free download link below)
- A few branches (from your neighborhood!)
- Scissors
- Glue
- 2 paper clips
- Small vase
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut out cherry blossom template (free download link above).
- Unwrap tissue paper and stack 2 pink colors.
- Make 2.5-inch folds and fold 2 times.
- Make 2.5-inch folds in the other direction to create a square.
- Place the template on top of folded tissue paper and affix with paper clips.
- Carefully cut out blossom shape (pinch tightly to be precise).
- Separate blossom cutouts into 2 stacked color layers.
- Glue layers with a drop of glue.
- Pinch paper blossoms in the center and crease into blossom shapes.
- Arrange branches in a small vase and glue paper blossoms randomly (don’t overdo it!).
- Place on a dresser or mantle, and enjoy!
