WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 1 box cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup coconut oil (or other)
• 1 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine cake mix, eggs and (melted) coconut oil.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly
4. Take small amounts of dough into your hand and roll them into a ball, then place onto a parchment-lined bake sheet. Press them slightly to form a flat cookie shape.
5. Bake in (pre-heated) 375-degree oven for 15 minutes.
6. Enjoy!

(Note: you can substitute chocolate chips for M&M’s to give your cookies some color!)
